Why Us

Why should you choose Baan Home for your next staging or design project?

We use custom art to create a warm and elegant aesthetic.

Our design-forward approach combines warmth, elegance and beautiful art to create elevated, showstopping spaces. Our furnishings and décor are modern and high quality, and we can ensure such a high standard of quality because we own all of our inventory.

For every stage, we custom select the art and furnishings that will go into each home, with the goal of enhancing the unique character of each home. We also use large format, custom manufactured art pieces in a mix of styles. The result is beautiful photography and a space that wows buyers when they walk in through the door. We often get feedback that buyers will say: “Whoever lives here has such great style!”  This feedback often leads to more buyer interest, more competitive offers and better terms.

See below how our art installations can change the feel of a space. To best see our design approach come to life, please visit our gallery.

We are laser-focused on increasing property value.

The main goal of our design approach is to increase the value of your property. Our design aesthetic is not only eye-catching and beautiful – it’s also intentionally reflective of the local buyer market in Greater Boston. We know what gets local buyers excited, and we stage and design properties to maximize that excitement. This leads to more online views and saves on Zillow, increased open house attendance, and oftentimes more offers at higher prices and cleaner terms.

No matter whether you are an agent, owner or builder - we want our staging to enable you to sell with ease, speed and confidence, knowing that you are putting your property’s best foot forward while doing so.
