19 Harris St, Unit 2 was a cute townhome in Brookline that was perfect for a small family. It had a particularly lovely living room with large windows and a cozy fireplace. As a stager, I wanted to show off the beauty of the light-filled living room with stylish furniture and art. There was also a third bedroom in the basement that was on the smaller size - and I wanted to stage that nicely so that buyers would have no trouble envisioning a full size bed with two nightstands comfortably fitting in the space. In the end, the apartment went under agreement after just 6 days on the market!
