20 Rindge Ave, Unit 3 was an older condo in Cambridge that had traditional Cambridge characteristics like warm wood flooring, bay windows and a lived in feel. When staging this property, I selected furniture and art that presented a picture of what stylish, upscale Cambridge living could look like in an older, more traditional Cambridge apartment. This apartment also had a couple unique and enticing features, like 2 living rooms that left plenty of room for an office space and a large dining room. I enjoyed the opportunity to truly show off these spaces so that buyers could see the true potential and spaciousness of the apartment, especially when so many Cambridge apartments can feel cramped and tight. Ultimately the apartment went under agreement after 5 days on the market for $1.225M, which was $27k over the asking price.
