429 Warren St was a beautiful family home in Needham. It had been lived in for many years, and it had many lovely features, including 2 living rooms, an attic playroom and a library. When selecting furniture and art I wanted to bring in both traditional and modern elements, so that I could stay aligned to the traditional design of the home while also showing buyers what a more updated aesthetic could look like. One area that I had a lot of fun staging was the attic, where I got to envision what a cute playspace could look like for little kids. When the house did get listed for sale, it received an accepted offer after just 1 day for $2.05M, which was $155k over the asking price!
