48-50 Amsden St, Arlington was a two-family property in Arlington that had spacious rooms and a very livable, welcoming layout. Each living room was nicely sized with plenty of light, and each unit came with a beautifully appointed dining room with lovely built-in cabinets. The warm hardwood flooring also added a nice touch. While staging this property, I wanted to use furniture and art to elevate the space even further, and really show what a sophisticated, updated living room could like in the space. I also wanted to show off the dining room space by using modern furniture and a varied mix of large-format art pieces. Ultimately, staging this property was a really fun experience. I think staging multi-family property to elevate and update their overall appearance and look can be really rewarding as a stager, and really beneficial from a real estate selling perspective.
