99 Villa St was a beautiful, new construction home in Waltham that was truly a pleasure to stage. The home’s finishes were top notch, and it didn’t take much staging effort to show off a place that already had so much going for it. The home had a modern and high-end feel, that was still warm and a perfect fit for a family. I wanted my staging design to reflect this balance between formal yet warm and welcoming. Therefore, I carefully chose furniture that was both comfortable and high-end. I also think the key to achieving the overall look was a carefully curated selection of large-format, custom art pieces that both coordinated with the furnishings and wowed anyone walking through the door. After the house went on the market, it went under agreement after just 1 weekend!
